I’m a health nerd and new mama sharing healthy lifestyle and motherhood tips that are accessible for EVERYONE. In 2016, after returning home from travelling solo and desperate for a change, I discovered a plant-based lifestyle, which kickstarted my interest in nutrition and a healthier lifestyle (prior to that, I’d been a Big Mac and a Mars bar type of gal).

I binge-watched ‘what I eat in a day’ videos on YouTube (not gonna lie, still obsessed with them) back when eating 10 bananas in a sitting was still cool, and while my eating habits have definitely changed since then, my love of living a healthy and balanced lifestyle hasn’t.

Now I’ve also got my mini-me, Barley Wren, to add in to the mix. She inspires me in every way to strive for self-development and to be the best role model I can be for balance, whether that’s in the foods we eat, the stress levels in our home, or the way we view the world.

We are puddle jumping, earth-loving, rain dancing, tomato-picking little hippies who question everything and appreciate the little wonders of everyday life. 

On this blog, we’ll be diving into holistic living, gentle parenting, plant-based eating, and more, to encourage you and your littles to live a life that feels nourishing for the mind, body, and soul.
